Waitlist is free

Tired of paying for pups that are not even born?  No problem to be on the waitlist is free.  When a litter is born each person on the list is messaged in order.  We will give you 48 hours to respond back to let us know you are interested, or you would like to be on the next litter. 

Deposit is Required

We have to know that you are serious about your decision.  Too many people back out last min.  No worries that we might be a scammer as we are going to do a 1:1 video chat prior to deposit.  This will give us a chance to meet you and your expectations.  You will have the chance to ask any questions, no question is stupid as we want to make sure you are confident in your decision.  We will show you all puppies, mom, dad and the nursey.  Deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to a future litter if the time isn't right with this litter. this amount is $200 which goes directly to the full cost. 

Pick up or Meet is Possible

We located about 2 hours from the Tri cities airport in Johnson City TN if you want to fly in to get your pup we can meet you there in the lobby.  We also can recommend a lap nanny service if need be.  (Nanny service costs are paid directly to transportation company and not included in puppy cost)

We can drive up to 2 hours out or you may come here for pick-up or meet locally in public. 

Contract for Peace of Mind

We make sure to review the contract prior to even the deposit.  This ensures nothing is hidden prior to pick up.  The contract keeps you safe and the pup.

This will include but not limited to:

• Your health guarantee

• Spay and neuter agreement

• Your promise of care for the pup

• Return policy of the pup to the breeder

• List of what is not covered to include the size and color of your pup.

• Signing will be done together at pick up of pup.
